He has published ten Roman historical novels, the latest of which is The Legion, and a quartet of books about Napoleon and Wellington – Young Bloods, The Generals, Fire and Sword and The Fields of Death. Kat Falls grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and now teaches at NU, where she is continually inspired by her students’ creativity. She started writing Dark Life as a writing exercise.
